“I disagree, Harrison. Joining the Primaries this late in the game certainly isn’t ideal, but I’m still, by far, the best candidate for the job.”
“Even over the likes of Lance Winters and Trisha London? Both hold substantial leads in the polls as of last week. Most analysts believe their leads may be too much to overcome at this stage in the game.”
Jarvis Kranz pushed his black-rimmed glasses to the ridge of his nose, the lenses magnifying the blue-green of his irises. He seemed younger than he’d been at the start of the interview, if that was even possible. Tangles of thoughts radiated from Kranz’s brain like lines of computer code scrolling down a screen.
“Let me tell you why I will win this election,” Kranz smiled.
