Above Akal’s head, an inscription read, MOVE FORWARD TOWARD THE OUTCOME, NO MATTER THE COST. Its unfamiliar Sanskrit caught Kranz’s eye, but it was the way it was chiseled across the limestone that brought power to this place. It was the first time Jarvis had seen it in full candlelight.
